I am 24 years old and majoring in history. I have already completed an Associates Degree and have one more year left for my B.A. After graduation, I will be going to law school. I have already completed the LSAT and scored in the top 18%. I have always done well with writing papers, grammar, spelling, and history. My minor is in Film Studies, because there is so much of history in the origin of motion pictures. I have a younger sister who is now in college also and have a great relationship with her. I have tutored her many times over the years. I have a steady work history and have been working continuously since I was 15. My work history includes honesty, dependability and responsibility, as well as a clean record of reporting on time. Over the years I've done a great deal of babysitting and get on well with children of all ages. I also have experience working with Microsoft Word and putting together presentations with Microsoft Power Point. I think learning needs to be fun and not just boring memorization. When you pair learning with hands on activities, I think that is really what sticks in one's mind. I want to tutor because I think I have a lot of knowledge to share with others and think everyone can succeed when given the right tools.
